Bob Loonie brings over 30 years of institutional fixed income experience to OMeT, with senior leadership roles at GFI Group, OTCEX LLC, and ED&F Man Capital Markets. His career spans interest rate options desk management, institutional sales, and deep client relationships across Tier-1 banks and hedge funds. At OMeT, he drives business development and client relations — connecting the firm's electronic trading platform and cleared OTC instruments with the institutional counterparties positioned to grow alongside it.

Beyond markets, Bob served as Executive Director of the USTA's National Junior Tennis and Learning, where he led a four-year operational turnaround that eliminated a deficit and generated a $300K surplus through disciplined cost reduction and revenue growth. A Hobart College graduate, he brings the same strategic discipline to community leadership that he does to capital markets.
