OMeT operates as an institutional digital marketplace facilitating rules-based, anonymous, all-to-all execution for cleared OTC derivatives.
The platform utilizes a proprietary matching engine and the patented eMOD® protocol (comprising Request for Market, Open Market Phase, and Volume Matching) to ensure pre-trade certainty and immediate clearing finality. Access to OMeT’s infrastructure and related data products is restricted solely to eligible institutional participants, including broker-dealers, asset managers, and other qualified counterparties who meet CFTC SEF eligibility requirements. Retail investors are strictly prohibited from accessing OMeT services.
Information provided on this site is sourced from OMeT’s internal system of record and trusted infrastructure partners, including OSTTRA, GMEX, and LimitHub. 1. Purpose. This Site serves as a technical specification and informational hub for OMeT's market structure. Reliance on any content herein is at the participant's sole risk. Content does not constitute a guarantee of market outcomes or best execution. Site usage is governed by these Terms; however, platform participation is governed strictly by the OMeT Rulebook and specific Participant Agreements.
2. General Restrictions. Content is not intended for distribution where such use would violate local laws or subject OMeT to unauthorized registration. You may not use this Site for speculative "Alpha" harvesting or any manner inconsistent with these structural rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Proprietary Rights. All text, schematic diagrams, "Glass Box" visualizations, and monospace numerical data displayed are the property of OMeT or its technology partners. Unauthorized reproduction of our Knowledge as a Process paradigm is prohibited.
4. Privacy & Connectivity. Usage is subject to the OMeT Institutional Privacy Policy. We utilize Mutual TLS (mTLS) for verified institutional connectivity and strictly necessary operational cookies to maintain platform integrity. We do not deploy commercial ad pixels or retargeting networks.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. OMeT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR UNINTERRUPTED FUNCTIONALITY. 6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall OMeT or its infrastructure partners (GMEX, Vegavid, OSTTRA) be liable for any losses arising from Site access. OMeT manages structure, not the outcomes of external interpretation.
7. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, consistent with CFTC and Dodd-Frank regulatory frameworks. Disputes shall be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
8. Severability & Entire Agreement. If any provision is deemed void, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining structural logic. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site usage, adhering to the principle: "If a sentence cannot be traced to these definitions, it does not belong to OMeT".
