Market Integrity
by Design
Compliance is not layered, it is integrated into OMeT’s execution architecture.
OMeT is designed to embed reporting workflows, and audit integrity directly into the market structure — helping institutional participants reduce manual reporting friction and strengthen operational control across the trade lifecycle.

CFTC Part 37 / SEF Core Principle Framework
On December 1, 2025, OMeT filed an application with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to become a registered Swap Execution Facility (SEF). OMeT is working closely with CFTC staff to meet all of the requirements of the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations and obtain SEF-designation as expeditiously as possible. OMeT’s SEF application is designed around the original intent of post-Dodd-Frank market reform: transparent execution, fair access, auditability, and stronger market controls.
Real-time workflow propagation from execution through reporting and audit capture.
OMeT is designed to automate the movement of trade data from execution to reporting, reconciliation, and immutable audit records. This Process will replace fragmented manual ticket entry with deterministic straight-through workflow, ensuring a seamless experience for market participants and strict regulatory compliance with reporting obligations.
