Alfredo Holguin is Managing Director and Co-Head of Sales at OMeT (Open Market Electronic Trading), with over 30 years of experience in global financial markets specializing in derivatives sales, trading, and structured solutions across Latin America. 

At OMeT, Alfredo leads institutional sales and client coverage across pension funds, insurance companies, mutual funds, hedge funds, and banks, playing a key role in expanding adoption of electronic trading platforms for OTC derivatives and growing participation in the TIIE swap market.

Prior to OMeT, Alfredo held senior roles at BNP Paribas, Citi, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan, where he led derivatives sales initiatives and structured solutions for institutional clients across Mexico and Latin America.

Earlier in his career, he held trading and sales positions at Lehman Brothers, Chase Manhattan Bank, Banco Santander, and Banamex-Accival, developing deep expertise in derivatives trading, risk management, and capital markets.

He holds an MBA and CPA from ITAM and is fluent in Spanish and English.
