Richard (Rick) Waller is the Co-Head of CRM at OMeT, where he leads global commercial strategy and institutional adoption of electronic trading technologies for cleared OTC markets. With over 30 years of experience in wholesale brokerage and financial technology, Rick is a pioneer in electronic trading, notably spearheading the launch of VOLMAX, the first platform for USD Interest Rate Options.

Previously at Vyapar Capital Markets, TP ICAP and Tullett & Tokyo Securities, he managed over 35 Tier-1 banking relationships and specialized in CLOB and RFQ protocol design. Rick also brings extensive experience in navigating complex regulatory transitions—including IBOR to SOFR and UMR Phase 6—for major financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. He holds a BS in Finance/Economics from Seton Hall University.
