Andrew Wax is an executive leader with deep experience in operations, administration, and financial management across capital markets, investment banking, and fintech. He has helped build and scale infrastructure from startup through acquisition, supporting organizations with revenues over $2 billion. Most recently, Andrew was a Managing Director at Santander US Capital Markets, overseeing third-party risk, market data, and vendor management for the U.S. Corporate and Investment Banking division. He previously held senior roles at Amherst Pierpont Securities and helped grow and integrate the firm into Santander. Earlier in his career, Andrew helped build two startup broker-dealers, REDI Markets and Cortview Capital Securities. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern and a BS in Computer Science from Union College.
