Our Team

As the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Vinayek K. Singh has over 35+ years of experience in the global financial markets with a focus on fixed income and OTC derivative markets. He has a proven track record for building innovative e businesses and risk management solutions.

Vinayek founded two firms involved in the capital markets. He was CEO and Co Founder of Vyapar Capital Market Partners LLC, an innovative (IDB) inter dealer brokerage firm offering electronic trading venues in fixed income and credit derivatives to global sell side banks from offices in New York, London, Singapore and a joint venture in Tokyo. He also was CEO and Co Founder of The Beast Apps LLC, a fin tech company offering trading solutions and data products with notable clients including T ruMid, CME, KCG, Trade web among others.

Prior to his entrepreneurial initiatives, Vinayek was Senior Managing Director and head of Capital Markets, Money Markets and Global Credit Derivatives at Tullett Liberty Inc., which was ranked #1 in Capital Markets during his tenure. He expanded their capital markets business to include municipal, inflation and credit derivatives along with establishing and sponsoring the introduction of technologies for pricing derivatives and market data.

Earlier in his career he held senior OTC derivative trading and risk management positions at major global banks including; Lloyds Bank International, Chase Manhattan Bank, Swiss Bank and Dresdner Bank. His roles included proprietary trading, trading manager, risk management and overseeing sales and trading within these firms. Vinayek holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in Neuroscience from Colgate University, Hamilton NY.

John Cleary, brings 30+ years of knowledge and experience in the OTC Interest Swap Markets. He has played a key role in the development of electronic trading in Latin America. Prior to joining OME Trading, John ran Latam Platform sales at both Dealer web and TrueEX . While at TrueEX John was responsible for executing the first ever CME cleared TIIE and BRL interest rate swap trades. He was an IDB swap broker for 20 years and has developed key relationships at leading banks and asset managers across the globe. He has experience in multiple currency derivative markets having run US dollar, European, and Emerging Markets Desks. John has a BA from Columbia University.

Warren Schiele brings over 30 years of experience in OTC and exchange-listed derivatives to his role as Managing Director of New Product Development. Warren recently served as Senior Director/Global Relationship Manager at CME Group, overseeing top global accounts. He has co-managed OTC USD Interest Rate Options at leading IDB firms such as Tullett Prebon, GFI, Tradition, and VCM Partners. At VCM, Warren was instrumental in creating and deploying the VOLMAX live screen-traded system for Interest Rate Options Swaptions. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Manhattanville College.

As Company’s Chief Risk Officer (CCO) and Board Member, Oliver Frankel is a retired Managing Director from Goldman Sachs (2016) and has pursued opportunities within the bilateral derivative risk space. At Goldman, Oliver headed Central Counterparty Risk, and worked as a senior risk manager in Commodity, FX, Fixed Income and Credit Derivatives. Prior to joining Goldman, Oliver had led OTC interest rate options trading at Credit Lyonnais. Oliver received an M.A. from Cambridge, England in Mathematics and C. Phil . in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, specializing in Stochastic Control.

Alfredo Holguin brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and specializes in Interest Rates and Foreign Exchange derivatives trading and sales. His career spans major global financial institutions in Mexico and New York, covering Mexican Financial Institutions, Corporates, and Government entities, as well as working with South American markets. Alfredo holds a CPA (bachelor's degree) and an MBA from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM).

Brian brings nearly 30 years of market experience to his role. Having worked at the big three inter dealer brokerage houses he spent the majority of his career at Icap on the Interest Rate Option desk covering top tier accounts and establishing relationships with sell side and buy side institutions. Brian holds a BA from the State University of New York and an MBA from University of Edinburgh Business School in Scotland.

Eric Vaughn-Flam was formerly Senior Partner of two law firms, Selverne Vaughn-Flam & Mandelbaum LLC and Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLC specializing for 30 years in all aspects of business law and litigation. Mr. Vaughn-Flam was also previously General Counsel to two of Vinayek Singh’s companies, since 2005, Vyapar Capital Market Partners LLC and the Beast Apps LLC. Mr. Vaughn-Flam is currently Of-Counsel to Cooper Levenson, a national law firm, heading its Intellectual Property Department and serves as General Counsel to OM e-Trading LLC.

Simon Perry’s career spans multiple global financial hubs, including New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles, giving him a truly international perspective on the markets.Simon's expertise lies in Global Forward Foreign Exchange and Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs), with a particular focus on Latin American currencies. His experience includes serving as Director of Foreign Exchange at Tullett and Tokyo in New York before transitioning to specialize in NDF markets. In addition to his market expertise, Simon has been at the forefront of developing risk management tools and solutions as designed a patent-pending process that unifies various types of NDF trading on a single platform.
