As the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Vinayek K. Singh has over 35+ years of experience in the global financial markets with a focus on fixed income and OTC derivative markets. He has a proven track record for building innovative e businesses and risk management solutions.

Vinayek founded two firms involved in the capital markets. He was CEO and Co Founder of Vyapar Capital Market Partners LLC, an innovative (IDB) inter dealer brokerage firm offering electronic trading venues in fixed income and credit derivatives to global sell side banks from offices in New York, London, Singapore and a joint venture in Tokyo. He also was CEO and Co Founder of The Beast Apps LLC, a fin tech company offering trading solutions and data products with notable clients including T ruMid, CME, KCG, Trade web among others.

Prior to his entrepreneurial initiatives, Vinayek was Senior Managing Director and head of Capital Markets, Money Markets and Global Credit Derivatives at Tullett Liberty Inc., which was ranked #1 in Capital Markets during his tenure. He expanded their capital markets business to include municipal, inflation and credit derivatives along with establishing and sponsoring the introduction of technologies for pricing derivatives and market data.

Earlier in his career he held senior OTC derivative trading and risk management positions at major global banks including; Lloyds Bank International, Chase Manhattan Bank, Swiss Bank and Dresdner Bank. His roles included proprietary trading, trading manager, risk management and overseeing sales and trading within these firms. Vinayek holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in Neuroscience from Colgate University, Hamilton NY.
