Eric Vaughn-Flam was formerly Senior Partner of two law firms, Selverne Vaughn-Flam & Mandelbaum LLC and Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLC specializing for 30 years in all aspects of business law and litigation. Mr. Vaughn-Flam was also previously General Counsel to two of Vinayek Singh’s companies, since 2005, Vyapar Capital Market Partners LLC and the Beast Apps LLC. Mr. Vaughn-Flam is currently Of-Counsel to Cooper Levenson, a national law firm, heading its Intellectual Property Department and serves as General Counsel to OM e-Trading LLC.
